Always forgets stuff. Doesn't make sure to ask questions about the meal like, what kind of sauce or pieces of meat. Coleslaw was expired and warm.. Biscuits sat in heat way to long and were very dry. The soad machine must have been out of co2.. Much needed work done to this place.

Some of the best fast food around Ft Wainwright. Great burgers and drinks!
Service and food quality is poor. Been to this location several times and have never had an order completely correct. Sauces missing, sides wrong, no straws or silverware. Its always little things. Also, lately (nov 2020) they seem to have changed the recipe for the fries and they taste horrible.
