My dryer is working, so I am very happy with the service, thank you. I may need to call again soon because my washer is now doing strange things--won't finish a large load, but sits in water until I manually turn the knob for it to finish.I will call if I don't get it figured out. The motor gave out on the dryer after the element was fixed, but Jesse ordered the part, and came to fix it as soon as the parts came. He is amazing--friendly and kind. He also cleaned out the dryer while he was in there. A great repairman!
Once our appointment was scheduled, we had very prompt and good service on our appliance, but everything leading up to the final scheduling was very cumbersome. The person who came to do the work was very competent and a very nice guy.
Repairman was polite and neat. Did an excellent job and cleaned up after himslef. Washer works great now.
Did everything they said they would do. Called before coming to the house, came prepared with the part he thought I would need (and was correct) and cleaned up any mess he thought he had made!!! Very professional and our washer works like it was brand new again!!!
Jesse did a fantastic job assessing the problem, and fixing the problem once the parts arrived. Two Thumbs Up! A
