We have had the best experience so far with Ray and his team! If you are looking for a realtor, choose him! It would help me if you waited until we buy ours, so I don't have to outbid you!

Just awful. The front desk personnel and receptionists are very friendly always had been for the 3 years I rented from them. But the realtors are garbage and treat you like you're dumb. They never answer your emails, never call you back when you leave a message, never answer calls, even when you go to talk in person they are either "too busy" or "isnt in right now". You really got to borderline harrasse them to get a response. If ANYTHING is broken or damaged don't expect it to be fixed til a couple of months or not getting fixed at all. I've been told I have to fix it myself or they'd make a note of it and never respond back. And they will charge you for that damage! I warn you to be very cautious when renting through them. 0 out of 10.

I used Re/Max 18 years ago when buying my house. The agent was great. My how things have changed. Re/Max certainly left a bad impression representing a buyer for that same house. One of their agents would not share written communication between the seller and the buyer, nor was able to manage the contracts or meet the deadlines. He was either clueless or disingenuous in advising his client, causing unnecessary embarrasment and delays, nearly losing the sale. His private website linked on the Re/Max site had even expired. When my realtor and I complained to Re/Max, our pleas went ignored (though the link was immediately changed). This is very symptomatic of larger franchises following national policies that don't fit well with local needs or markets. Do yourself a favor, find a competent local realtor instead.
