I recently had the pleasure of visiting this store in the Fairbanks airport. I lost some post cards purchased from this fine establishment. The very friendly owner graciously offered to mail me replacement cards at no charge, even waiving the mailing cost. This is certainly going above and beyond. His staff was equally helpful and personable. The store was well maintained and stocked with various unique gifts. I would highly recommend a visit to Twigs if you find yourself in the Fairbanks area. A very satisfied customer.Alison.

I went into Twigs with my two granddaughters, they liked just about all the gift items, would have been broke if they brought own money. Good selection of things, friendly.

Twigs caught my eye the minute I got off the plane in Fairbanks. It was such a fun place to explore and got me excited to adventure in Alaska! I browsed gift shops my entire trip and realized that Twigs still had the best selection and very reasonable prices! I was able to enjoy my trip knowing I’d just pick up my souvenirs on my way out of town. Their fur selection was amazing and loved they had everything I needed plus fun things from all over the region! It was a great place to kill time until I boarded. Plus the staff in both locations were so friendly and the talking moose made me laugh every-time!! Picked up some one of a kind art pieces, shirts, an amazing fur piece and the usual tourist things like stickers and keychains. They had it all! Don’t waste your time and money at the other gift shops in town, enjoy your time and just go get everything from twigs on your way out! I was so glad that’s what I did!
A lot of great last minute gift options. The employees are very nice as well. DN was my cashier. She came in at 3AM and still had good energy. Great place to get souvenirs!
Beautiful little gift shop, perfect place to grab some Alaskan keepsakes when you are headed out or a fun gift for friends or family. I enjoyed walking through and seeing the selection they have here.
