This location is definitely one of the smoothest operating Starbucks in my local area, the employees are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to create a welcoming experience. The drive thru line moves quickly most days/times, even during their busiest hours.

This has become one of my favorite Starbucks locations. This morning I mobile ordered but accidentally ordered far away in West Chester. I didn't realize it until I was at the counter of this location. Bailey and Kira were sincerely friendly and very understanding. Before I could say anything else they asked what I ordered and started making it with no questions asked and gave me what I ordered. Awesome customer service and I am glad that it still exist. A big thanks to Bailey and Kira!
Its ashame i don't remember if he said his name but this guy is the cashier they need to always have on the shift friendly polite fast made me feel welcome please go visit this store and i hope he see this review and know im talking about him keep being you my guy
