Very pleased with the installation and service on a new gas log set. I also had a second gas fireplace serviced While the technician was here and couldn’t be happier. Prompt, courteous and clean. I would highly recommend working with Tony for anything related to a gas fireplace.

I see a lot of 1star reviews here. These guys are crazy busy starting late summer until after new years. That's when everyone starts thinking how they'd like to have a new fireplace before the holidays come. These guys are passionate about what they do and they are good at it. They are experts in their field. I've worked with them on at least 20 projects in the last several years, and always receive excellent service and product quality.
Tony is fantastic. He's helped me with parts for my Lopi Revere Wood Burner twice in the last few years!

Seems they are closed; no one answers the phone or responds to web queries. Otherwise they are that busy they cannot accept new customers. Strange.
