We had a great experience with them. We needed new windows, siding, trim, and a storm door. Our estimator/project lead was Brad, he was very easy to work with, was very responsive over email, and came by multiple times to answer questions and finalize styles/colors. No pressure or sales gimmicks. Both the window crew and the siding crew did a great job, and we were really impressed with the final result. Highly recommended!

I spoke with the GM named Phil of American Windows and siding. I called to see about having a new French door installed. He told me to take a picture of the doors and to email him. I asked if he could email or text me his contact information. He never did and by his tone I knew he wouldn't . I used them once before on windows. Which had to be replaced within a short time because of the poor quality product. I thought this time I would use a high end product. Before I could even get a word in he became very condescending and wouldn't let me speak on what I wanted. This was same attitude I got years ago from his other business partneri Ed when I had to show him that my windows leaked with a garden hose because he didn't believe me. Stay away from these arrogant men.
I called to find out if I could get glass block and I never even got as far as asking. Some gentleman answered the phone and I explained how the window was leaking and before I could get any further he was adamant about how it wasn’t necessarily the window leaking etc. etc. so I never got to ask the question because he kept cutting me off. I don’t think I would want to deal with a company like this. I’m so floored right now that I just don’t even know what else to say. I never wanted anyone to search for a leak I simply wanted to know what my options were to replace the window and what I had been looking into was glass block so I have no clue if this company does that. But I know I cannot deal with people who cannot listen! Wow!!!
I've used American Windows twice, in my own home and for a rental property. The product is excellent. The price is excellent. The installation crew was excellent. If you are in the market for windows, you need to call Bill and get an estimate.
They had amazing services and windows but was a little over price I was very satisfied.
