Placed an order through DoorDash and only received one item that we ordered. Went to the store to correct the order and realized that it is horribly understaffed. When I arrived there was one person waiting on customers, with 3 groups totaling 9 people in front of me. Another staff member came out and started working the line. When I was able to talk with the night manager about my order issue, they were happy to make the order correct, but I noticed that the store could use at least one other staff person working so that orders are properly checked against tickets, ensuring product was ready and filled, and ensuring the customer line moves smoothly and quickly. I DO NOT recommend this store, until they can resolve these issues. Even though I went in person to pick up the missing ordered items, I still did not receive what I ordered. This is not the first time our order has been incorrect, but it is the last time we will use this store.

Wrote the wrong cake filling on the box. How embarrassing. I've been calling all day and no one picks up
On Friday, May 15 I ordered a ice cream cake for my graduation, the cake was a small one with chocolate chip ice cream and chocolate cake I also used a coupon for three dollars off that expired on Saturday.May 16. I was advised my cake would be ready on Sunday, May 17 at 2 o’clock. I arrive on Sunday to pick it up and was advised they did not have my cake. I was very disappointed because I had to get a refund and had to leave without my cake I ordered. Not very good customer service. At least the manager was nice And gave me a refund, but still no cake

Horrible service. No masks enforced. AVOID. ALSO, 2 weeks ago they gave me a mixed family pint and now today all of sudden after waiting 30 min said that they don't do it bc of \contamination\. Worse baskin robbins experience I have ever had and I am a big fan of the franchise generally.
