Fairfax B and B, installed a new Carrier furnace THE DAY AFTER I called them for a quote (the manager was Sok)!! The crew Ernesto and Hans were professional, took all steps to keep the house areas clean, wore masks, they were polite, kept me informed of the progress and importantly they did a great job. I'm not sure I can say I've had better service than that. It's still hard to believe it was that quick to get the furnace installed. Thanks very much for making it a pleasant experience.

My parents have been using their service since 1994. Each year they would get the service contract. You get a discount which is a great help. We are very happy with their service. Their staff is always professional and cares about the customer. Today we had Jose M. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable of the work to be done. He was here for a winter check up. Explained what he was doing. We would highly recommend B&B.
B&B has provided our HVAC servicing needs for 14 years and we've been extremely happy with them. Scheduling a service call has always been easy. Jose M stopped by today for our winter maintenance check and tune up. He called about 30 minutes prior to arriving, which was well within the window we were given when we scheduled. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and performed his work quickly. At no time did he try to push additional services on us. He left his work area spotless. A great job all around by Jose and B&B!
After calling numerous companies to help us with our heating problems just as a snowstorm was about to come, B&B was able to get the job done. Ernesto was friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to use Covid measures as he entered our home and he was done in no time. I would definitely recommend B&B. Thank you again Ernesto!
Jose was right on time and was very conscious of observing health protocols. The service was excellent as always.
