Loved the staff in this place. They follow all the COVID guidelines for social distancing and taking precautions. Ice-cream is great as usual!!

First time visiting here along with a friend and I really loved their service. They have a cashier and a server. Their server was very friendly and kind and I enjoyed my time there. Most of their menu are combinations of flavors and few aren't. I got a Mini Chocolate Chip for my friend and Chocolate Therapy for myself. It's a perfect place to visit for summer and they even have outside seating available.
I ordered Salty Caramel Blondie this time. I Always come to Ben & Jerry’s at Fairfax Corner location. Ice cream and movie theater is always very good combination. Sometimes the family come here before the movie. Sometimes I come here to wait for picking up my kid and his friends because the movie they wanted to watch is not my type.
No complaints. Good place to get dessert after you eat out. Good location, very convenient, came here after my costal flats lunch.
The ordered product, a cake, was outstanding. They need to work on management, though, as it was not ready at the requested pick up time.
Ugliest cake I've ever seen. Looked like lint more than clouds, no idea what happened to the lettering, icing was cracked dry, discolored, and uneven, almost no cookie crumb center, and still charged 60. Had me over a barrel - either I have no cake for 30 kids and adults that day or accept the hideous thing. NEVER ORDER A CAKE FROM THEM!
Ben & Jerry’s has the creamiest most decadent icecream in VAThere is always a line at their door. But dont worry about the line. It moves quickly and the icecream is worth the wait.
Ben and Jerry's is great for a small treat every once in a while. The servings are just right but the prices are really high. I know it's high end ice cream but it's not as good as some of the small mom and pop places in the area.
