I had trouble understanding Lawrence due to his accent and mask. That is what happens being covid-wise. The mask muffled the words. He was fine and thorough.

The manager name Farhod is rude, can’t help the customer , As a manger he should know what costumer wants , I want to exchange item that I purchased but he didn’t let me ,when I purchased items the return policy or exchange policy was 90 days BC (corona virus). I have been good costumer for Best Buy ,from now on I am not just boycott Best Buy I will protest! You just lost a loyal customer. I rather shop Amazon,Micro center,Costco etc Remember ! We are in pandemic Best Buy return policy is only 15 days .

Great store, clean, relatively organized and adequate sales reps on the floor (thankfully). Glad to have a decent in-store experience rather than having to settle for purchasing the products I wanted online (even though I've had decent experience with BestBuy.com it's still nice to look at merchandise in person). Rest rooms were also open and clean, a bonus that let me comfortably keep shopping.

Helpful staff and great selection. Store can get crowded on weekends. Would advise one to go on weekdays to brows in piece! Sometime it becomes a chore to ‘dodge’ eager sales reps, but I don’t blame them.

Staff is attentive, friendly and for the most part subject matter experts within their department. Stocking hopefully improves post holiday and out side of a normal pandemic. But, over all else. I live this best buy.
