Dr. Domanski first looked at the scarring on my son's head at age three following an accident where he fell from a tree. He reassured me that the scarring would not be very noticeable later on. Several years later he was proved correct. He has a nice bed side manner, and we were very happy with his suggestion.

I can't recommend Dr. Domanski enough! The results exceeded my expectations and look very natural, which was my main goal. He is a great listener and follows the patient's lead, so I ended up addressing all of my concern areas and looking younger. I appreciated his honesty, genuine concern and bedside manner. It is also worth mentioning that his office staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. I will definitely return to his practice!

I had a ladder fall last year. Broke my nose amongst other things. Went to this plastic surgeon after spending 8 hours in ER. They made me wait in sheer pain for 90 minutes, despite having an appointment, because they were running a botox special. Saw me for literally 2 minutes and said \come back in 2 weeks if you have trouble breathing\. I never went back. For this level of \care\ they billed 1900 to my insurance, and my out of pocket was 355.82. This was a while ago, but I've debated whether to leave this review or not. I tried reasoning with their office that this is incredibly unfair, but they wouldn't budge, and I had to pay. I realize medical practice is expensive, but this was poor care and absolutely ridiculous billing.

I was referred to Dr. Domanski during an ER visit at Inova HealthPlex in Springfield. Recently, I had chin augmentation surgery in Baja California, and I needed to have my stitches removed. At Inova, they recommended I follow up with Dr. Domanski for a post-op evaluation in person, so I made an appointment. From the scheduling and re-scheduling of my appointment to the electronic paperwork I signed to the follow-up calls, I was impressed tremendously by the level of professionalism and deep commitment to ethical practices. Before my scheduled appointment, the office called me three times and left a message to inform me that my insurance would not cover my visit. They told me how much the consult would be, and they also gave me the option to cancel for free. I'm sure many doctors would've welcomed me anyway just to collect the consult fee. Yet, Bluemont made it their mission to be as transparent and proactive as possible. From my experience, I'm convinced that Bluemont truly cares about its patients and \doing the right thing.\ I was also glad to see that Dr. Domanski is experienced with plastic surgery and cosmetic medicine for ALL skin types. His commitment to diversity is commendable. I recommend Bluemont enthusiastically!

Doctor Domanski is a skilled and down to earth professional with solid bedside manners. On July 2020, I had Dr. Domanski remove a mole and cyst. I tend to scar terribly so I had moderate expectations. I've have had a few other moles removed by other plastic surgeons and dermatologists and can say that Dr. Domanski work is superior. Five months later, there is no sign of the the mole he removed from my face, and the cyst that he removed left minimal scarring--far better than I would have anticipated. I strongly recommend his work!
