Mark, Euris and Ron are amazing! Liberty Carpet One has installed flooring in my condo a few times and most recently assisted me in removing, securing and installing new LVP flooring that has transformed my condo. I admire my floors daily and appreciate the attention, communication and excellent work Mark, Euris and Ron did for me. If you need flooring these are your guys!

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was not positive whatsoever. It took several months to schedule the estimate/fitting appointment. The person who did the estimate was at least an hour late past his "window" for his scheduled appointment. Then, when we tried to purchase the same carpet that we had installed after a flood last year, they couldn't located the records to determine what carpet that was. Eventually, a sample (that was not the same carpet) was dropped off at our house over a month ago. I begged the owner to drop off the other samples that were similar several times, to absolutely no response. How rude!! We were ready to sign a contract and then due to their incompetency in findings the carpet we needed. How do they not have a record of carpet purchased in February/March 2015??? We thought reaching out to a company at the beginning of the calendar year would allow for plenty of time for installation by April 26!! Alas, we are now in May and still without new carpeting our master. If you want your flooring installed in a professional and quick manner, save yourself the headache and go with another company. We have to start all over 5 months later after trying to make it work with Mark at Liberty One.

We recently met with Mark Bisbee the President and flooring consultant of Liberty Carpet one and had a wonderful experience. The location is a bit hidden but parking is easy and Mark was very generous with his time. He listened to our needs and went over details of carpet styles and padding and HLI services and installation. We were able to take home samples to compare and felt confident with our choices. Scheduling in home measurement was rapid, easy and worked around our schedule. As well we learned a great deal from the individual measuring including being aware that new carpeting sometimes means needing to adjust door heights to clear the new pile height. Mark's store was one of several stores we visited but stood out in terms of friendliness, knowledgeable staff and service.

Horrible installation. The carpet is three Years old and already coming up and forming bumps in multiple areas of multiple rooms. Do not do business here!
