I can't say enough about these guys. Purchased my car and I've gotten nothing but great service and communication. Specially during these covid times these folks take extra care to be safe with customers and that's a big plus. But the main reason to go here is definitely the service and attention to customer service . The two main gentleman that have been aces are Julio and Ali. If you looking for a great a safe car shopping experience, this is the place to go .

My boyfriend and I bought a Ford Focus here, it’s of great price, and its condition was wonderful for a preowned car. Archie was really helpful and professional. He got the paperwork done quick and neat. And he was patient to answer all our questions. Great experience here!
I highly recommend this dealer for buying used vehicles. Upon arriving to the dealership I was pleasantly greeted by Archie (one of the salesmen) and more importantly, not pressured into buying anything. Instead, I was advised of the location of vehicles I was looking for and left alone to look without pressure. After test driving the vehicle I was happy with the exception of the rear windows not working (simple and common fix remedied by replacing the window switches) properly. Archie gave me his word that they would be fixed. Although, the parts did not come in by the time I went to pick up the car (I came from Massachusetts) , arrangements were made and they ended up going through the extra work of finding replacements after already ordering the new switches. This commitment to keeping his word has led me to have not only great respect for Archie, but also for the dealership. I value honesty greatly. Not always do people keep their word when money is involved, unfortunately. Furthermore, salesmen (such as Nabi) were more than happy to help me, as well as each other throughout the sale. To me, this demonstrated both a clear value in customer satisfaction, as well as the desire to ensure that each salesperson was equipped with the best information to best inform the customer. Due to all of these thing, I will gladly come back to Fairfax just to buy a used car from here in the future. These people are honest, caring, and compassionate about what they do. Ask for Archie and I can assure you that you will be taken care of.
I suggest exercising caution with this dealership. I recently visited to test drive a car and found that the check engine light was on. I was told this was because the battery was changed. This response seemed less than trustworthy. I found it particularly frustrating that they were asking 3,000 over market for a car with a service light indicator displayed. Your time would be better spent elsewhere if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a reasonable price!
