I just called to make an appointment. The person answered was very rude and not helpful. She asked the name. I was not sure if she asked my name or my son's name. She could have said simply your sons name but instead "Didn't you call for your son?" If you are not willing to help people, why do you work in the hospital? after all trouble, I got to know the earliest appointment will be the next year June.

The wait time can be long for appointment scheduling and visit. I've had good and bad experiences with my children there. Some Doctors are absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend them but others not so much.
