Carpet was installed in our entire upstairs, plus two sets of stairs. After installation, a flaw in the carpet was noticed and the company immediately sent the OWNER to investigate. Upon review, he contacted the manufacturer; they completed an investigation and found the carpet to be defective. All carpet has been replaced! Clawes was exceptional in responding and correcting the situation. Customer service is important and Clawes receives an A from us.

Cant say enough good things about this family owned business. The sales people are very friendly and easy to work with but the really impressive thing are the installers. First rate work! We recently had them replace our main level with new hardwood floors which look great. We will be back soon to look at new carpet for our basement.

Clawes is a family owned business in our area. I have trusted my work to them for years and have never been disappointed in the quality of their work and the business integrity. I just finished another job with them - replacing my kitchen floor. They found it far more difficult than expected due to unseen layers of old flooring but they took it on and did an excellent job (as always). I highly recommend them.
