I was ordering ice cream and this women called manisa (staff member) when I was ordering ice cream she dropped the ice cream scoop spoon and put it in the container where all the the scoops are, they have a sink to wash but didn’t do so, i asked her why she did that and she just left the scoop there. i was very disgusted to order ice cream. I will not be coming back here again. P.S there were 7 people working and seemed like they were all stressed.

May as well have drank a cup of milk. Milkshake tasted like lightly flavored strawberry milk (think Nesquik, but worse). Thin and runny. Tiny 12oz cup for 6. More milk, little ice cream. Training improvement needed. Or management needs to stop trying to cut corners.

Terrible I come here on my free time and for deliveries and it’s just slow and terrible. Management never keeps employees focused employees have harsh lack of training. It’s just terrible. I’ll never come here on my free time anymore and I dread every time I come for deliveries.

The line was out the door and down the block but it was so worth the wait! Ice cream was amazing! I got Lemon Custard and so creamy and flavorful! Like an old-fashioned soda shop

it is very cold outside and it is wrong season for ice creams. Cold stone ice creame is good at any weather. a they are very expensive but people eat it. Their ice creams are the best.

I am a local who loves this Tourist packed ice cream parlor! Only problem is the line is usually a block long down the street outside. Worth the wait if you have the time. VA - dark chocolate with nuts is my current fav.

Employees don't care here. Its like they have 0 motivation to be there. I walked up to the counter inside and stood for 10 mins. no one said hello and I could hear the Netflix playing in the back. I had to shout and knock on the counter. they didn't even apologize. I got Ice cream and the trash can was over flowing... can the employees get off their phones and clean up a little ?
