I'm writing a a 1 star review and if I could leave a zero star I would. My insurance company has them listed as in network, but because I don't have a referral from a primary care doctor they wont see me, So instead of accepting my insurance and making money they prefer to act if they are some elite individuals and they get to pic who they will help, certainly not what practicing medicine is all about.... When you work with clowns expect a circus.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rogacz for a number of years. She is an outstanding physician. She is highly knowledgeable, very personable, and has a great bedside manner. She does not have the condescending attitude that too many doctors possess. She engages her patients. I recommend her highly. I have never seen her be anything but a caring doctor and a warm human being. She is what a doctor is supposed to be but so often is not. I have never written a review before but when I saw the mostly great reviews interspersed with a few negative ones, I felt compelled to prefer my own experience. The negative reviews mostly deal with her office staff. Disregard them.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Rogacz. She was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took her time and thoroughly explained everything. The practitioner was also very professional and polite. The front office staff was efficient and friendly. The office was clean and busy (with a lot of clients), but still a calm environment. It did take a few months to get in, but it was worth the wait. Overall, it was one of the best doctors visits I've ever had. I typically don't write reviews, but definitely wanted to for this office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rogacz' for 15 years, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She has the "whole package"... bedside manner and professional expertise. She is kind, interested in the patient as a person, and takes the time to listen to your concerns. And I've always found her medical advice to be the best. I've recommended her to many friends, and wouldn't see anyone else. If someone on this site had a bad experience with her office staff, I feel sorry for them. I've always found her nursing and office staff to be very professional, competent and kind.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rogacz for about 3 years. I wish I had found her years ago. She's an excellent doctor who takes the time to ask about your personal life as well as your health. She's very knowledgeable and is always willing to listen when you have questions or concerns. This is why I also took my mom to go see her, and my mom absolutely loves her. She also think Dr. Rogacz is true professional who took the time to listen to her even though my mom's English isn't as good.

I've been seeing Dr Rogacz for a few months now, and really enjoy her as well as the office. She has treated a few of my friends (we are all nurses) who also feel the same way, and it was their recommendations that led me to her practice to begin with. Highly recommend!
