Fairfax has a notorious reputation for being 'tough on crimes' of this nature: aggressive speeding (90/55). With Mr. Ervin I did what I was told, was given an accurate picture of pros and cons of my case, including variances in personal and judicial prospects. While I do believe that the judge I faced was more 'open' to fairness and consideration, I was very happy with the way Mr. Ervin represented me in terms of listening towards accurately painting my character and circumstances for the judge; he was empathetic, realistic and supportive in just the right way.
