I came in so my first time today. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Coming in it was a very welcoming atmosphere which instantly calmed my nerves (I haven’t had a wax in a while). The receptionist and the store manager got me situated quickly and continued to help me feel comfortable. I had my wax with Jasmine who was really nice, quick, and efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes which was great but also didn’t feel rushed. I felt well taken care of by all the staff. I will definitely be back for future appointments. I’m very impressed with the way everything was conducted from beginning to end. Good management and the best wax experience I’ve ever had. Really happy I decided to try them out

I had the absolute best experience at this place! From my very first visit to now they have been nothing but sweet to me and have helped me feel comfortable from the moment I step in to the moment I leave. Isabel the manager is so sweet and helpful and you can tell she cares about all the clients. And Kelly (my waxer) is AMAZING, she’s quick, efficient, and gentle. Overall I would give this place 10 stars if I could because they all truly deserve it.
I got my wax done by shay. She was very nice and gentle. She left me looking flawless. I really enjoyed her company. The place has great management. Isabel helped me understand the importance of the products. And the front desk girl Amy was sweet and professional. she was very welcoming. She helped me with the packages and explained how they save you money in the long run. I will definitely be back again!!
I've been going to this location for a few years now and it's always a great experience. There's a new manager, Isabel, and she's excellent! She was very informative with the package deals and services that I did not really know about before since my last visit. She was very friendly and personable, which I highly value as a customer. I also really liked the products she recommended. My wax specialist Kelly is also amazing! She gets the waxing done quick and efficiently. Overall, I always look forward to my wax services here. Even if I am moving out of the area, I will still make the drive to go to this location for their great management and amazing customer service!
A friend from college recommended me to this specific location and I’ve been going ever since. Kelly N is my wax specialist and I absolutely adore her. She keeps it professional, does a great job, and makes it as comfortable as a Brazilian can get. Very friendly and keeps your mind off the pain with good conversation. Every person I’ve ever interacted with at the front desk or over the phone has always been professional and friendly. Specifically Isabel. She lets you know about the deals going on, an honest review on the products she’s tested, and fixes any errors or situations that may happen. They’re good about giving samples if you ever want to try any of their products. Customer service here is just outstanding. If they were to ever make a mistake (which is very rare) they’re first to catch it, apologize, and will make it right for you.
