Stayed at this Extended Stay for two nights. Better then the previous Extended Stay Hotels that I have stayed in before. The bed was comfortable. The room was extra clean. The Customer Service was absolutely outstanding. The hotel was very clean inside and out and most importantly very quiet. The next time I stay in a hotel I will for sure choose this location. Thank you for an awesome two nights stay.

This place is disgusting. Rooms seem very rundown. The breakfast consisted of grab-and-go granola bars and packaged muffins. That was very misleading. The bathroom shower head was rusty / molded. On our door, they didn't even use an appropriate screw, so it loosened after minimal usage. We brought our own cleaning supplies and gave the place a scrub down. Lots of items are also broken. For example, the front door handle is taped. The cart for carrying luggage has a bad wheel and has apparently been this way for a while according to staff, yet guests accept this and try using it. See pics. The handicap button to automatically open the door was also broken. WiFi is extremely slow. You're better off mailing someone a letter if you want to try sending an email. Inadequate for getting Amy work done. We also needed towels and got a peek at the laundry room. They pulled towels from a bin and folded them. How do you not have a single towel ready for guests? This leads me to staffing. They seem severely understaffed, seeing how someone never seemed to be at the front desk. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the people who do work here are nice, but I question why they're even managing a hotel, since it's very clear that they cannot handle it.

Excellent place to stay for extended stay. Location is convenient to public transportation and walking distance shopping. Front desk staff is top notch and very helpful. Maintenance and cleaning staff are excellent. Full kitchen saves on eating expenses.

ALL of the staff at this hotel are AWESOME!! They are always very professional and very helpful whenever I have needed assistance or engaged them for anything. Raj, Alina, Meseret and Kate are superstars!!! I stayed here for a very long time with work, and in those moments where I needed maintenance assistance, it was always the same day within minutes or the hour to get the issue resolved. The maintenance guy was very cordial and professional as well. I have enjoyed my time here, and will definitely be extending if my work requires me to remain in the DC area. The hotel is close to the 66 freeway to head 17 miles to DC. It’s in a great location with plenty of shopping centers and minutes from the Fairfax Mall and the Regal movie theatre! Many places to eat as well! This is a great place to stay! It will be well worth the cost! I definitely recommend this location of the Extended Stay America Hotels!

Things seemed pretty clean and serviceable. On site coin laundry. Within walking distance of the local Harris Teeter and a couple of restaurants. This is pet friendly so I did hear dogs barking in the hallways several times. Found dirty towels from the last guest and my bathroom fan howled like an banshee when I turned it on most of the time. Also, weird things like the refrigerator doors facing the wrong way making it difficult to use the fridge since it's in a corner/alcove area. They have decided to make you request the normally provided dishes so you have to go to the desk, ask, and they give you a bin of dishes. Seemed odd but I was unclear if this was because of COVID 19. I'm also not a fan of businesses asking you to "rate them a 10" as you check out. You earn a rating by your service and mine was on the whole ok but not a 10 or in the case of Google a 5.

Staff was courteous and kind! I came here to get some good nights of sleep, around my birthday, because my place is super noisy and I can never get a full night's rest there. This place allowed me to rest with no interruptions. The room was so spacious, had a large bed, kitchen and living room suite, bathroom and vanity area, and a closet! Only thing I would suggest is more lighting in the parking lot in the evening time. Otherwise, a great place!
