They take forever to answer the phone, I was put on hold SEVERAL times. Bad costumer service

Billing practices are very suspect. If you go in for a routine eye exam, you get charged for a diagnosis for something you already knew you had. When you try to explain with your insurance company about the situation, the office staff are confrontational and make no effort to try to remedy the situation. That's how I got stuck going through an appeal process with my insurance company for the charges by this borderline fraudulent business.

Dr. McCabe is wonderful! She is very patient, personable, knowledgeable, and explains everything very thoroughly. She is everything you'd ever want and need in a doctor and she does everything within her power to make you feel great.

Dr. McCabe is one of the most gentle, kind, caring individuals I've had the pleasure of being treated by. I've been seeing her as my eye doctor for the past 5 years. Although I only see her once a year for my annual eye exam, she knows me by name and always greets me with a warm smile. Dr. McCabe will take care of you. I'd highly recommend a visit to see her.

Doctor McCabe is phenomenal, the attached eye glass shop is the worst, buy them online, most online stores offer exchanges.
