Definitely the worst service. They are good at charging and sending bills but THEY DO NOT CARE! people on phone sounds so careless and they don't help. I will change this pediatrician as soon as I find someone else. NOT RECOMMENDED BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD. DOCTORS DON'T READ THE HISTORY OF THE CHILD AND THEY ONLY SPEND FEW MINUTES WITH THE KIS AFTER 30 MINUTES OF WAITING.

Why does it take DAYS to get a returned phone call on a concerning issue? We’re going on day 3 of calling with no answer and no returned phone call after leaving voicemails. This isn’t the first time this has happened either...going on day 4 now. 3 more phone calls today and another voicemail..no call back.

Everytime you call their phone rings however long until someone picks up. I've had to call back several times. After hours urgent nurse advise can take up to an hour just for a call back, so have settled with morning walk in. The majority of the doctors and staff are great. However may look into urgent pediatric services elsewhere if needed.

I love the colorful bright facility that is a great environment to bring my baby in. All of the providers are very professional and nice. Each of them do an amazing job. The facility is clean and draws us in. The facility is nice from other doctors offices that I’ve been to because it is well decorated and bright. I like the electronic check ins and all the reminders I receive. I love fairfax Pediatrics Associates. I recom,end it to everyone

My child has received care from 5 of the pediatricians. ONLY 2 of them has treated me with the respect of the parent, and a partner in my child healthcare. We love doctor Villa, and would recommend her. What lead me to posting a review is my experience with Dr Laura Byrnes today. She rushed us through our appointment, even to.the point of standing opening the door while we were asking questions. As she was at the door and practically walking out, she turned and asked if we had anymore questions. She also told me one test she was going to have ran on my child. However when her nurse came to tun the test. There were actually 2 test. I.could pick out other issues with other visits , like one doctor saw us with out reading my child's file, and asked questions that you know about her before walking in the room. When I mentioned that the information he is asking should be in her records, his response was he skimmed the file before walking in. For now this is all I will write in this review, but I do have other negative experiences with this practice. Again I recommend Dr Villa, but please make sure you choose a doctor that is respectful good you, the parent.
