I came in when it was completely packed needing to get something faxed before the office closed for the day. The associates here are very quick with their work that i was able to get through the line and walk out the door in less than 5 minutes. Kenneth made sure to get the successful transmission before he sent me on my way. Ill go out of my way to come here since the employees are able to get customers in and out quickly with a very pleasant attitude. I really appreciate the detail oriented customer service of Kenneth

I just wanted to give 5 stars to the worker, Sherry (spelling?) who went above and beyond in helping me with my package. My package was four days late in shipping - tracking information didn't tell me anything - and even after calling back and forth and basically 'bothering' Sherry multiple times - she took my information - made effort to search where my package was - and even did a follow up call to make sure IF my package actually came (it did) even though it didn't follow through with the original plan. Five stars for Sherry!!!!
