The service was excellent, the store was very clean, AND THEY REALLY OFFER A GOOD SELECTION OF SHOES. If only prices could be little lower it could be awesome.

The manager who works here, Terrell, is the most unprofessional, rude and inappropriate person put in charge of running a store. Since he thinks he is untouchable, I think it’s only right to share my friend’s experience here to warn others to take their business elsewhere. On June 11th, she was visiting the store and her child accidentally knocked over two shoes on display. As soon as he knocked them over, my friend went and picked them up. Terrell, approached them and told her son he is ruining the store. When confronted, he proceeded to tell her that she need to raise her children better, to take herself and her children to a homeless shelter to go take a shower, and to top it off threatened her to have his (Terrell) mother and sister fight them....He had an attitude of nothing will ever happen to me I'm the boss and I can say whatever I want. So, I truly hope Finishline will do the right thing and take the necessary measures with this poor excuse for a human being.

they were attentive and fast, but when i was trying on shoes (i only asked to try two different sizes), i heard one them them mocking me asking for another size and it hurt my feelings. i hadn't even been being an annoying customer or asking for a lot, so i wish they could've at least waited until i wasn't right in front of them to laugh at me.

If you want to be berated in front of your children, shop here. If not, take your business somewhere else. There’s a footlocker and champs near by. Oh and fire Terrell.

The service was great but lacked selection of items.
