I was in the FairFax VA store last week. They did give us good customer service . I finally bought bed, Sofa, table etc . However , After one Daye they called me and said, we changed price and delivery date. They didn't want to talk to me before change .They only want me to know their change. They are not telling customers the truth while you in the store. They will try to convince you by telling you incorrect information. I asked them why those change come after we left the store ? they don't have enough evidence. they act as they are giving me those furniture as a charity. Finally they advice me to cancel the order because they can't honor their own words. Very bad customer service from top to bottom!
