From the start of the interaction the store manger Heather Kishbaugh was simply delightful!! She was really knowledgeable and patient with us, the whole team was great! Definitely a great choice to get glasses at. You will be treated like family!!

The Fair Oaks mall location has the friendliest and professional staff. They were all very helpful walking me through as this was my first time getting glasses. Roland was very helpful and funny too, it’s always nice to show some personality while providing services! 10/10 recommend!

Awesome experience. Mariam took the time to help me get the glasses I really want. She even called me as soon as my glasses arrived 2 weeks prior the expected arrival. Roland greeted me promptly and got my glasses quickly. Heather offered me the insurance for my new gorgeous glasses. Good thing she reminded on how expensive my lenses were. So I did. Thank you so much and again I love the store. Very clean, well stocked and presentable.

The associate that helped me was extremely patient and professional. The store was extremely busy yet she was helpful and gave me more information about my glasses than anyone in my 50 years of wearing glasses.

My children and I Visited LensCrafters (Fair Oaks Mall) following our eye exams at the same location. I felt the need to volunteer my review of our experience based on gratitude. We visited on a busy afternoon but that did not take away from the time and level of customer care we received from Felipe, the associate who helped us process our order. He pointed out the many options that were available to us to make our selections and even though we were there as a family, I appreciated the face that he dealt with each of us individually and diligently. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands that they carry and was able to make great recommendations to us based on our preferred styles. In the end, our final picks were both lightweight and very stylish, which is what we were aiming for. My kids and I were extremely thrilled with our glasses and overall experience. I also want to speak to the fact that i also noticed in this location that they were great, and mindful about pieces that had been tied on by customers. They kept them separate and off the shelves and made sure each item was thoroughly sanitized before being placed back on the shelves. Anyway, overall experience was great!

It was my first experience and it was horrible. I bought a pair of glasses on lenscrafters.com, they said they need my pupillary distance, and that is why I came to this store. But the shop assistant guy rejected measuring it for me just because I bought glasses online instead of from their store. OK, make sense. Then I ask, "Can you help me print a single paper of ruler sent by lenscrafters.com so that I can measure it by myself?" - "No!". " What if I do an eye exam here?", "you can do it here, but the doctor won't give you your pupillary distance!" I was like OK, enough, I am done! You won't get any little help unless you buy glasses in THIS STORE, not online, not other LensCrafters store but THIS STORE. And then I randomly came into another glasses store at the mall, guess what, people there just kindly measured it for me without any hesitation! Please respect your potential customers, otherwise, you'd lost them.
