Amazing and very helpful people in the management office. Apartments are nice too and at reasonable prices.

The apartment is in the good location for school, nearby shopping such as Shoppers Food, Trader's Joe, Hair Cuttery and more. However, the apartment is really old; I have lived here for over 8 years, but they haven't changed the carpet since the previous residents moved out , so when I move in with the very old and dirty carpet. I asked the manager office for all the maintenance, all of them are really mean, rude and irresponsible. The light bulbs on the stair which keeping people safe, they are broken, and it literally took them more than over a month, and hasn't been fixed yet. I do not think this apartment will be safe for children and elderly since they do not have any safety precautions and consider for the good quality of life.

I honestly love living here. The staff takes such good care of the property and they are so kind when you have any questions or concerns. Its incredibly affordable, it's safe, and overall a great family community. I just renewed my lease for the 3rd year!
