Made a purchase with Patrick and was extremely grateful for his patients, expertise, and excellent public relation. Even though my purchase was made over the phone, he was polite the entire time of conversation that lasted almost 3 hrs. In making up my mind, took that long to finalize the specifics of my purchase and agree it's the best of what I am looking for. Patrick did in fact made sure I understood the warranty as well as received a copy via email along with the purchase. He was very thorough in detail and I do recommend other potential customers to seek his assistance. He will work with you on determine the best decision and most practical choice.

From the minute I walked in the door (the Main Street, Fairfax location near Fair City Mall), I was glad I was there and felt confident that I'd be successful in finding the mattress I needed. For starters, the showroom was bright and clean, the staff was very courteous and professional, and their product knowledge was impressive which ultimately led to my finding exactly the mattress I needed. My associate made me feel as if I were the only client, asked questions about what I thought I was looking for/needed in a new mattress, actually listened to my replies, answered several questions I had, didn't attempt to "upsell" me, and with genuine interest helped me find the right mattress for me. As an unexpected bonus, I actually received next-day delivery. I was pleased to learn that Mattress Warehouse's delivery team was fantastic--and just like the store associates who assisted me (Brent and Kelly), they were very professional, organized, courteous and on time. I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse and offer a 5-star rating!
