Dr. Mia Pingul is bad doctor because she did not want See my son She thought he have the coronavirus . We feel discrimination by this doctor . Dr. Pingul’s receptionist changed my appointment 4 times because Dr. Mia Pingul kept saying she has an emergency the same Day and at same hour that I had my son’s an appointment when the reason was she doesn’t want to see my son in person Dr. mis Pingul was tricked me to see Dr. ana Cortes I told the receptionist I will do research to see if ana Cortes is endrocrinology the receptionist voice changed when I told her But ana Cortez was no a doctor she doesn’t work there Either. I don’t t know how she was capable to give me someone wasn’t a specialist. Dr. Mia Pingul is unprofessional I will never recommended this doctor to all my friends I have to suggest pediatric of Alexandria not recommended Dr.Mia Pingul to their Patient Because she doesn’t care about other new Patients. I am very disappointed about her how she play with children health . Thanks God there are more Doctors in peadiatric spelicaialist of Virginia was able to see other endrocrinology doctors without a problem who accepted to see my son . I will research how to report this doctor to medical center .

This review is for the office. I've left voice messages to be called back because my daughter ran out of medications, and she needs it daily. I've tried o get a refill 2 weeks before it ran out with no avail. CVS Specialty( another disorganized place) according to them was out of stock one day last week and back in stock the next day and now again is out of stock. So they were not able to ship any medication, and that they need a new prescription as an alternative. It is infuriating that simple things like this is hard to achieve, that you cannot even get a hold on these people. They don't have an idea what it is like to have a child that depend on their service. They should be more empathetic. It is Monday today and no one is still answering the phone. Update: Dr Pingul and her nurses were able to resolve the issue with CVS. They were very much understanding of the frustrations we were dealing with CVS. Now, my daughter is back to her medications.
