We selected Michael Nash after looking for contractors to remodel our kitchen. Sonny the CEO came to perform the initial estimate and plan for our remodeling and explained that everything within the four corners of the room would be included. We signed up with Michael Nash and were assigned a designer--Tony. Tony was awesome--he ran us through every detail of the kitchen. I never knew there were so many details of cabinets, finishes, handles, flooring. From the beginning Sonny, and then Tony, shared our vision of opening the kitchen to the rest of the house and to the lake views outside our deck windows. Everything Tony suggested was with this in mind. When the work began, the carpenters, plumbers til,e setters and electricians were all friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. They did excellent work for us. It took us a long time to make all of our decisions, and the work didn't start until late summer 2019, however it was finished before Christmas and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Michael Nash delivered us a great kitchen with top quality finishes.

I first became aware of Michael Nash a few years ago When I saw some of their amazing renovations featured in the Elan Magazine. Recently I was forced to address some water issues with my master bedroom shower and bath tub. I started by calling companies that advertise repairs and upgrades for those issues, but after meeting with them, it became clear that a complete renovation made the most sense, and I was not comfortable with what they were proposing. I decided to call Michael Nash. They came for an initial assessment to see what work would need to be done , and then a meeting with a consultant at their showroom was set up. Their facility is easy to access from Rt 29 in Fairfax and has ample parking. The showroom is amazing with many different rooms displaying hundreds of choices, including 2 wine cellars! Tony, my consultant, was very thorough in discussing the options available, and at my request was willing to meet with me several times as I made my final choices. Once I approved the design, features, color scheme, etc., I was assigned a project coordinator, Oliver, who managed the renovation work. I was very pleased with the communication during the project - whenever I had to leave a message, I always received a prompt return call or text, and he was very receptive to discussing any minor adjustments as the work progressed. The renovated bathroom met all my expectations and turned out as beautiful as the pictures I had seen in Elan. Once the work began, I decided to add the installation of a hardwood floor in the master bedroom, and it perfectly matches the existing hardwood in the bedroom foyer and adjacent room. I am very pleased with the Michael Nash people and the quality of their workmanship. I can highly recommend them.
Stay away from Michael Nash. The worst experience we had to go through when remodeling our kitchen. The 4 weeks project as stated on their contract, took 11 months to complete. Absolute nightmare. Worst people to deal with. They are so great until they get the large down payment and they leave you hanging. I hope they get sued buy a good lawyer so they can be held accountable for horrible business practices.
Michael Nash did a great job of renovating our master bathroom. It has exceeded my expectation ! Their professional attitude, attention to detail and ability to put customers at ease made the experience the least stressful it could be. From their sales people to their designers & construction crews, they treated our job as a professional project, with timelines, milestones, and ample opportunity for us to provide feedback. Oliver Nazemian ( Project Manager ) listened to that feedback and made changes accordingly. Many of the changes were simply accommodated by the Company -- they truly acted as our partners throughout the process. My wife and I are very happy with the addition and renovation work that the Michael Nash team completed for us. The project included a master bedroom/bath suite, a new guest room & guest bathroom, and a conversion of a screened porch into a beautiful sunroom. The craftsmanship and materials are of high quality and look absolutely beautiful. The Michael Nash design experience was made easy by being able to visit the showroom to see what the design layout would look like and make all the finishing selections prior to the start of the job. The Michael Nash design model also included finishing level trim options to choose from and once your option is chosen you are free to pick within the selected trim level with no cost variation which made the finishing selections a more fun and relaxed experience. My wife and I also gained a lot of comfort from having the final signed plans come with a price guarantee which took all the anxiety of staying on budget out of the project. There were some project delays and a room layout dimension error which Michael Nash was sensitive too and made every effort to correct with the final result ending in full customer satisfaction. Even after being back in our home for over a year the folks at Michael Nash our continually engaged in making sure the renovation work meets the satisfaction for both me and my wife. The master bedroom and master bath are beautiful and spacious. It has become a sanctuary for rest and relaxation for both my wife and I. The new guest bedroom and bath are also beautiful and add needed space to our growing family. The new sunroom is bright and spacious and has been ideal for the kids play space. We will definitely use Michael Nash to update our basement in our home in the future. Thank you Michael Nash, Great Job!
