Avoid this company like the plague! They’re famous for over billing and refuse to issue refunds in a timely manner. I’ve been waiting 5 months for a refund that was supposed to be issued 3 months ago. Each time I call to request information on the status of my refund, I am told the same story... “The check is in the mail...”. I guarantee if I waited 5 months to make a payment to THEM I’d be in collections. Extremely frustrating experience!

This business runs the standard billing scam. The hospital we used for our procedure assured us all bills and services performed in the building were covered by our insurance company. This anesthesia group apparently charged a ludicrous and arbitrary 6800 for a standard 15 minute procedure, the insurance company's allowed rate was 785 which insurance paid, and now this company sent us a bill for more money above the insurance negotiated rate. Will file as many complaints as possible against this illegal financial profiteering and inhumane practice.

I have no complaints about the Dr. she was great the billing company leaves much room for improvement. The billing company is very mismanaged. I had to beg them to submit my original bill to my insurance after being told they didn't accept my insurance but they actually did they didn't want to do the paper work and wanted the full 1500 from me. Also, I haven't received an updated bill in 7 months after they finally submitted the claim to my insurance, I set up a payment plan, I've been paying but have no idea how much I actually still owe because they won't send me an account balance ( or anything really since the initial bill). I called about this and got a very rude representative on the phone who all but hung up on me. I also tried emailing to get a copy of my updated account balance and I'm still waiting on an email....2 weeks later.

They sent me a bill that is like 10 of what they told I was gonna pay. I got a bill of 4,452. And the highest amount they said I would pay was 1450 for 4 hours and My surgery was only 2h. That means I would pay 1000 and prepaid 700 already, so they made a mistake, I'm not going to pay that mistake, they need to fix it.
