Once again I was required to make an appointment with Dr. Valone on very short notice, and once again the office staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Valone was very helpful and empathetic by carefully listening to my description of a trip/fall in a parking lot that I experienced and and the resultant trauma to my right wrist and forearm. His professional and nurturing nature was also apparent when I described some minor balance issues that I have recently been having.I am following his suggestions regarding the right wrist (x-ray today) and

We have been patients of Dr. Pontz and Novamed Associates for about 15 years. He is very a very knowledgeable, caring and competent physician. When he transitioned his practice to a concierge practice my wife and I both stayed with Dr. Pontz because we knew it would be difficult to find a physician who we trusted as much as Dr. Pontz. He is friendly, welcoming and always very professional. We never feel rushed when meeting with him and he always answers our questions in a calm and reassuring manner. His office and support staff are also very friendly and professional. We highly recommend Dr. Pontz and Novamed Associates.

Very professional yet warm and family-like atmosphere. Dr. Vallone is great and the rest of the staff (especially Danka) are wonderful. Best phlebotomist I've ever had draw blood.
