do not move here unless you love mice. there is a MAJOR mice problem and they do nothing about it. a hired exterminator comes to put traps and that’s it. they do not care and do not help with anything. this is the worst apartment complex. even maintenance NEVER comes. everything about this place is awful. do not live here.

Do not understand the policy that refuses to remove the chains so that you can get your truck closer to the house. It is just a frustrating policy. It gave me such a pain to carry the stuff to the truck. If you care about the people resides in your property, why don’t you just make their moves a little easier by removing the chains for a specific time period. Yes it is great to keep the chains over there. However they should be removed for a certain period of time to make the moving process easier. No one is asking them to remove the chain permanently.

I have killed about 4 mice so far and there are more moving around and when I talk to the management office, they said that is all they can do. Terrible

If you like cockroaches and mold then this is the place for you. The management seem friendly when you first come in to take a tour, but after they have your money they will go to the maximum extent to not help you and be rude about it, this place was probably built in the 1950's and hasn't been remodeled since. If I could give these guys a negative stars I would.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!! Apartments have roaches and are so old and outdated!! If something stops stops working here YOU HAVE TO FIX IT YOURSELF!! THEY WILL FIND EVERY REASON TO NOT GIVE YOU BACK YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 400!!! The employees at the office are INCOMPETENT and RUDE, Please do yourselves a solid and DO NOT CHOSE TO LIVE HERE! There are better and newer apartments in the area.
