I visited the store and was surprised by the variety of interesting items on display. I wanted to stay longer and look at every item but didn’t have the time. The website was helpful. I ended up purchasing more than 40 items for our staff for the holidays and that really appreciated the uniqueness of the gifts. The store’s staff was very helpful to ensure that I had the bags and tissue paper that I needed for each item. I highly recommend the products.

This is undoubtedly the premier website for high quality Italian food imports.The signature product, olive oil ,is offered with more selections than I have seen anywhere. The accurate descriptive explanations allow one to perfectly identify and fulfill one's specific flavor profile.And they are always the first to offer the amazing OLIO NOVELLO!! It is worth your time to crawl through the website and view the various esoteric selections that they offer.Awesome staff, prompt service ,personal attention!!!

If there is a problem, the manager resolves it quickly and with absolute transparency. Everything is professionally packed and shipping is prompt. No complaints about Olio2go.

The website misinforms, it is old and outdated as its manager/ boss. I had the opportunity to speak with the manager about my order and She wasn’t able to hear my concerns, or to understand me or to empathize with me. She very rude and aggressive. Rudely she informs me that while she is in the phone with me she is putting my order items in the shelves to be sold. Without asking me if I will proceed with my order or not. (SO Wrong) Very unprofessional. Dreadful customer service, the product is good but you can find it elsewhere.

What friendly set of people here!!!! On top of all, fantastic products. I drove 70 miles and did not disappoint! Today was their first day open since Covid. Very safe policies in place too. As I am waiting outside, one of the employees gave me a bottle of water. How thoughtful!!!! May sounds nothing, but during those crises, crazy days, it's always refreshing to have people that care about one another around.
