After my first experience the owner (Venus) was so kind to personally reach out to me to make sure I have a better experience then my last. Her professionalism and kindness is one of kind. I appreciate her and Jojo's effort on making sure I was well taken care of. My nails turned out very nice and I will be returning to their newest location.

I came here to get hard gel nail enhancements, I used to get them done previously at a salon in Reston. I realized this place did them as well, and they are across the street from me in Fairfax. So I figured I would give them a try. The shape and color are absolutely gorgeous - however, the nails broke within a day of getting them done by doing the simplest of tasks, such as picking a card up off the floor. I'm extremely disappointed. I've gotten hard gel nail extensions done before, and have never had this issue. In fact, the were extremely durable when I got them done at the other salon in Reston. The lady (Titi?) was really nice, but did not seem very knowledgeable with hard gel/sculpting. While she was filing the gel after applying/drying, it broke multiple times. She redid them almost 3 times. This was an extremely long process, not to mention expensive, and now they have all broken off - within 1-3 days. Do not offer a service that you don't have knowledgeable technicians for. I wouldn't have wasted my time or the technicians. It took almost 2 hours to do because she kept having to start over. I used to go to the salon in Vienna and got my nails done by Venus and Long. They were great! But they were also acrylic - about 2 years ago. Honestly just wish I never came here and wasted my time and money. I have an event and my nails look ridiculous. Not happy at all.

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to in VA! I wish I knew my lady’s name, but she was so meticulous and amazing. I love how my nails turned out. Also the other ladies working in the salon were also so nice! Another big plus is that they all speak English pretty well. I liked that I could communicate clearly about what I wanted and get exactly that. I will definitely be going back there again!

Today was my first time in this salon and Amy was my technician. I received a spa organic mani & pedi with the charcoal products. Amy was very attentive, and gentle, but the massages were firm and very relaxing. She gave special attention to each finger and toe. I told her what I wanted and she delivered! My nails match perfectly and the pedicure was absolutely amazing! The pedi chairs are top of the line, and hygiene practices are top tier. Very clean and bright establishment. I live in Woodbridge and will travel to this salon from now on!

Best nail salon I’ve been to in the NOVA area, by far! You get custom, quality service for a great price. I am in love with my ombré and crystals design by Venus! I would highly recommend this salon.
