Wow wow wow. What an amazing experience from the beginning. When you drive up, you don’t think much of it, but walk through those doors and boom: boutique, fun, light, and amazing service and experience. I was greeted with a genuine welcome and was immediately stoked with a very customized experience. My appointment was ready with the dresses that we had already discussed. She also pulled a few more per my style. She had my name on a little welcome sign which was a cute touch and helped me in and out of each dress. The clippings were also perfect. Sometime they aren’t (at least at other stores). What I loved the most was her genuine personality. She was fun and gave her honest opinion. She wasn’t there to “sell” but to help you find what works for YOU. She also helped find a solution when in a tight debacle. After, I went to lunch and a waitress mentioned another place nearby. Honestly, I had no interested. I’ll happily give my business to Christen ANYDAY after the our amazing time! Thanks Christen!

Where do I even begin?! Let’s start with the detailed communication I received prior to coming in for my appointment. She asked ALL the right questions and went as far as asking for pictures of dresses I liked and had tried on previously to get to know my style. Prior to us ever meeting, I felt like we were already friends! She was excited for me, and it was genuine. I arrived for my appointment and walked in to a table with various candies with my name on it and it was so special! The whole experience was flawless. She had dresses pulled for me prior to my arrival. They fit, they were me, they were gorgeous. She did her homework, added all of these amazing little personal touches and thanks to all of her hard work, I said yes to the dress! I couldn’t have imagined spending my money anywhere else with the amazing service I was given. Please, please, please go to Sage Bridal! You won’t be disappointed!!
You will not be disappointed! I highly recommend Christen as her customer service is superb! Her communication skills are excellent and she “gets it”. My friend shopped numerous stores and prior to our arrival, dresses were pulled that mirrored our bride to be’s style, body type, and preferences. Thanks to Christen’s bridal expertise and styling, my friend said yes to the dress. In addition to her excellent customer service, the salon is well executed and curated beautifully! D(M)V and Richmond, VA brides should definitely at Sage bridal to their list of bridal boutiques to shop!
Sage Bridal is an adorable little boutique that offers an intimate, personalized experience. The decor is cute, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and they have a great selection of gowns. You can tell as soon as you walk in for your appointment that they put a lot of effort into the little details that make dress-shopping fun and memorable. The best part is that they stock more inclusive sample sizes. I'm generally a size 10-12. At other bridal stores, it felt like I was getting mashed into samples made for a size 6, so it was hard to visualize what dresses would actually look like in my size (not to mention pretty demoralizing). At Sage, I got to try on lots of different options that made me feel pretty -- it was a completely different experience! I said \yes\ to a stunning ballgown and couldn't be happier.
I literally cannot say enough great things about Sage Bridal. Christen was perfect, the kind of woman you want with you when you’re picking out the most important dress of your life! She listened to what I wanted, and had the most gorgeous dresses pulled. The atmosphere of this shop is amazing, and they really put little details into making your day special! I hope any brides in the area, choose this location first! You won’t be disappointed! I had a crazy crowd with me and the ladies just laughed and had fun with us!! Thank you Sage Bridal!
