This location has good service when they are open. My experience is that they are randomly closed when they should be open. Sometimes that means they are closed 30 min early.....today That meant that they were closed at 2:40 in the afternoon for an unknown reason. There was no sign on the door or anything. It seemed like all of the stores adjacent to theirs were open so I am Not sure why they were closed

Sweetgreen is THEE BEST
I placed an order at 10:20 am. At 12:30 i got a text saying my order was delivered, however, nothing was ever delivered. When you call them, there is nobody to answer. Just some BS automated texting service. At 1:40 pm i got a text saying i got a refund but redelivery would NOT be attempted. Ridiculous!
Good options- usually fast and when i order over the app it is always prepared on time.
Ordered for the first time since Covid, and wow have the portions gotten stingy. The salad portion is about a 1/3 smaller, barely have a base. We literally counted 5 pieces of spicy broccoli. I get it, but don't sacrifice dependable quality. Also, your app has too many bugs for the only method to order.
Probably the best salad I've ever had. I did the custom build and it was delicious!
It's not often that a restaurant can make you want to eat more veggies, but my experience made me view veggies in a new light. The local selection of greens, and various veggies all harmonize with seasoning to make a more unified flavor. I ate the bowl so fast I blinked and it was gone.
sweetgreen is one of my favorite places to eat, but ordering on the app is just not possible for everyone. I understand keeping your customers and staff safe during this pandemic, but you are severely limiting your customer base by only taking orders by the app. There should be a call in option for pick up orders. You can take credit card numbers over the phone too so it can still be contactless.
