Simply outstanding. Matt , the manager, helped us purchase theater seats and our overall audio-video package for a formal home theater. He knows what he's talking about, is not interested in simply making a sale, follows through on his promises until after deliver and installation. I would gladly work with him and with Big Screen Store again. I'm totally satisfied.

Although prices tend to be a wee bit higher than the Best Buy and HHGregg type of stores, the employees at The Big Screen Store on Lee Highway in the City of Fairfax offer more value with their knowledge.

Great store - dealt with Mark who is wonderful and very helpful. Installers Tyrell and Roshan installed the TV and not only were a delight to have in my home, but did a beautiful installation job as well and patiently showed me everything I need to know to navigate the TV. Great store and the best people to deal with - love the 65" Frame TV. Highly recommend buying from this store. Would give more stars if I could

Best option I have ever used for a TV purchase. Very easy if you know what TV you want to buy - just find TV on their site and they can likely arrange next day delivery. They use PayPal for transactions which is easy as well especially if you already have an account.

Excellent service. Romeo and Donnell arrived on time, provided great suggestions on placement. The installation was smooth with no problems at all! They patiently went through operation, assisted with setting up internet and cable connectivity. With future Samsung purchases in the future, we have no doubt that Romeo and Donnell will repeat the same quality installation again! Thanks!
