I honestly don’t even know where to begin!!! I spoke with variety of different realtors who showed me a variety of homes until I found Dell Epps. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with some that I could trust. For a first-time home buyer, I was not fully aware of the entire home buying process. I had A LOT of questions. Dell was honestly the best real estate agent that I could have asked for!!! He is one of the most enthusiastic, patient and one of the kindest professionals that I have worked with. His professionalism, expertise, patience, honesty, and hard work are much respected and appreciated. Dell was there every step of the way; he always answered every call, text or email no matter what time of day or night it was.
