The parking here is frustrating, but I'm used to it, as I've been shopping here for close to 20 years. However, I just recently revisited this location after having avoided it for close to 2 years, and it really wasn't a bad experience. The gentleman that assisted me in locating the correct faucet connectors was super polite and helpful. The store was pretty clean, which was a pleasant change from past visits. Also, checking out was quick and pleasant - typically, I avoid the clerks and use self-checkout registers, but a nice young lady stepped toward me on my way and welcomed me to her register. Kind, polite, fast, and pleasant. I never thought I would rate any Home Depot with 5 stars, but I couldn't resist with this visit after such a long hiatus from venturing out of the house in lieu of online shopping, particularly during a pandemic! If you're choices are like mine - the nightmare at Seven Corners vs. the booming Mosaic District, this is a no-brainer.

Great service in keys.. quick and cheap to have 3 house keys made.
The store is very large and have very big covered parking lot. It is located on the Lee highway which is very close to merrifield metro and I66. This is our first visit here and there is a great collection of items for every home and garden needs. The store is well maintained and cleaned.
Staff was nice, but I have come to hate home depot. They never have what I want, can never locate what they do have, and their website is inaccurate and misleading often enough to be unreliable... I wish there was a local alternative, I'd be happy never to need to go to a HD again... I used to live them!
I am the co-owner/co-founder of a Reggio Emilia inspired preschool program in Waldorf Maryland. I always come to this location for our school project needs. Our latest project was updating our school's playground. After an employee cut our wood incorrectly, Mike immediately rectified the situation. He went above and beyond to ensure every measurement was correct. We came 3 consecutive days and he never hesitated to support. Over the years I've had exceptional customer service at this location. Thank you to Tim, Paul, and the manager Jay for their immeasurable commitment to their customers. I've attached photos of our latest project. We continue to support Home Depot (one of the few chains I purchase business products) because of the dynamic employees that go above and beyond. Over the years I've spent thousands with HD to supply our children with continuous school equipment that the community happily constructs.
