I would recommend Restoration Doctor in a heartbeat. They are very clear, helpful, professional and they truly cared about my situation. They explained all the details clearly, they took care of all of the paperwork, construction, insurance communication and completed my construction on time and it came out great! I am very satisfied with all of the facets of this company (customer service, customer information, and stress free business) and would definitely go back to them in the future for construction and restoration. My basement looked as if nothing ever happened. It was amazing. Steve and their staff were very clear and communicated with me throughout the entire restoration. I never felt left out. On the contrary their service and their work was outstanding. Good work guys, I recommend them.
