I waited at least 40 minutes in the front waiting room after my appointment time - on multiple occasions. Most providers are taking steps to avoid this at all costs during covid but not RGW! A front office staff member was maskless, which made me very uncomfortable. Front desk is incredibly inefficient with information and paperwork. 40 min after checking in, you then give me paperwork that you already have in your system? That’s out dated practice. I like the actual doctor I see, otherwise I would never come back. The front office is literally a hot mess.

I just spoke w- Keisha to make my appointment w- Dr. Brian Do. She was professional, kind, personable and knowledgeable about all the Dr's and offices. Every Dr's office should have a 1st Impression like Keisha answering their phones and taking care of their patients. This office already has my 5-STAR rating and I'm confident I'll be back online to provide even more positive reviews for the Fairfax office and Dr. Do (referred by my PCP, Dr. Jean Beaton, Internist). Very spacious and clean new office. No (COVID-19) worries processing through the large waiting area/lobby as there was plenty of room, distance from others and masks worn by all. Staff is very friendly and waiting time is minimal. Ample/close parking.

Excellent experience...I've been to two of the RGW locations. Both locations were well run and professional. The front desk staff and support staff were great. Everybody was on time and made sure all my questions were answered! Dr. Melamud did a great job diagnosing my problem, taking corrective action, and ensuring I kept him updated on changes.

My examination with Dr. Berinstein was outstanding as always. However, before that everything was bad. Taking a vision test with a mask was a nightmare. Then the technician that did my initial examination could not take the picture of my eye. This caused a significant delay. During this delay there was no water available which caused minor dehydration.

It was scary to suddenly loose vision in one eye, so I arrived with my nerves shot. The staff were awesome and comforting, and Dr. Minarcik gave me immediate confidence, and within 2 hours, I was out the door, laser surgery complete, retina attached and hopeful. Thank you for your amazing skill as well as fabulous bedside manner. I strongly recommend this clinic.
