After a very difficult surgery to remove a brain tumour, my dog needed to follow up with an oncologist. Unfortunately, my surgeon was far away and I was left to find an oncologist on my own. South Paws oncology screened my dog and told me that my surgeon was mistaken and that my dog could not be helped by radiation. \They don't know what they are talking about\. They added that his tumour would grow back in 6-9 months and that was that he would probably die from that. I sent their report to my surgeon at Bush Neurological and he was outraged. He reached out to colleagues and directed me to a new oncologist with a much better bedside manner who provided me with a correct radiation follow up for my dog. I asked for a refund as SouthPaws performed an expensive blood screening and received none. Very disappointing that they refused to do the correct thing. I have been a dog owner most of my life and know that not all doctors are equal and not all services have integrity. Do your research.

These doctors nurses and staff are amazing and super patient. Our dog is being treated for lymphoma and he's doing really well thanks to their knowledge, skills and basic human decency. They do exceptionally well with grumpy clients too (the humans). Using their patience resolve and professionalism. (It's me. I'm grumpy clients). Highly recommend !

We took our puppy here after she had a reaction to eating a toxic plant. They were extremely professional, kind and expedient. They kept in frequent contact with us and were upfront about associated costs and asked our permission before proceeding with the various tests and treatments. Would definitely return if we had another emergency and would recommend to other pet owners.

So grateful to Dr. McGee, Hector and all the rest of the staff that helped to save our sweet boy, Koda. We appreciated the affectionate care and effort you showed him as I know he can be quite the handful. Even when we had to go the route of surgery, we were still updated every few hours on how he was doing and what our options/next steps would be. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
