Chris was great! He helped my mom and I upgrade our phones and he even put our screen protectors and new cases on. He ensured that everything correctly transferred over to our new phones. I would definitely recommend coming to see Chris if you need a new phone or upgrade.

I walked into the Verizon store at University Mall off Braddock Road in Fairfax, Virginia looking to get a new phone and I was hoping to find a member of the staff who could help me and a man named Charles was working that day, Charles was excellent, he took his time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, he explained everything to where I could fully understand what I was purchasing, he answered every question I asked, he found the right plan and phone to fit my budget and my needs, he was very polite and friendly and in my opinion he was the most helpful cellphone sales person I ever dealt with, I highly recommend going to this store and talking to him for any customer who wants to be treated the right way and to find what they really need, thank you Charles!

My son and I visited this Verizon location on 12/18 because he wanted to upgrade his iPhone. Keith was the representative who assisted us. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable of the products and accessories. He was able to assist other customers while never letting us feel abandoned. We actually began a conversation regarding Verizon and their philosophy of “Building A Culture Of Good”. It was an enlightening conversation and I walked out with a very warm feeling knowing about the company and the service work they do for their communities. Great job Keith and Verizon!

Chris was awesome today! we switched providers and he was super fast and extremely friendly! he came in a little late and he finished up all the transfers for us even after the store closing time!!
