This place is a joke. My brother goes here and I’ve witness several times where he has called and asked for a refill or he calls and asks to speak to the doctor about a medical concern and they never cal back! Ever! It takes forever to get a refill on meds. My brother has ended up in the er twice. The front desk staff is HORRIBLE! The attitudes they give are unnecessary, my brother is looking for another place to go as we speak

While Dr Bowen-Wright is a good doctor, the practice itself needs a lot of improvement. I have called multiple times to get a copy of a bill that I have never received. My appointment was in Aug and it's now the end of Feb and I still haven't received my bill. The rotating people at the front desk never seem to know what is going on. They tell me they will mail it but yet don't.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Saw them end of last year and had a follow up appointment for March 2020. I called 24 hours before my appointment to cancel. I honestly wasnt happy with them from the first and only appointment I had. I spoke to a girl at the front to cancel. A couple months later I get a bill for a 25 fee for missing appointment. I called and told them I canceled the day before appointment and this is wrong. Never heard from them again until June 2020 when they sent me another notice for the 25. I called and told them I called and had proof in my phone log. They kept putting me on hold for a long time and said they would call me back and never did. I told them I wasnt paying. This was the 3rd time I was speaking to them about this situation. The lady said she had to investigate and call me back. Its August now and still no call back but today I got a FINAL NOTICE for the 25. They dont want my proof that I called. They must really be short on money that they treat people like this. Their front desk ladies are horrible. The dr was ok but didnt really listen to what my concerns were which is why I didn't want to go back. I will be calling them in the morning to discuss this bill again. They clearly want more negative reviews.
