Twice I went into this location to have alterations done on my new glasses. Both times, the employees were courteous and attentive. I was greeted right away and they listened to my concerns. It's one thing to sell something but it's a sign of a professionally run business when you pay attention after the initial sale. Well done!

Waited for two pairs of glasses over two weeks. Kept tracking the order and it came to Merrifield and ended up in Ohio for some reason. Called the store several times and no one ever answers the phone. frustrating experience.

I had a great experience here! Walked in and was greeted right away. The store is clean, simple, and spacious. The employee made some suggestions and told me how the glasses are organized and let me poke around. Once I found a pair, it took almost no time to get everything ordered... and with Rx lenses the cost was only 95! I can't wait to get my new glasses soon. I walked out telling my husband this was the best glasses experience I'd had in 20 years of wearing glasses!

I took my glasses to put new lenses, they said it will be done in 12 -14 days, it is almost a month and I still don’t have them. They seemed very careless that it’s lost. Very disappointed, don’t buy glasses from them.
