My wife and I had been searching for a couch for quite awhile when she found Willem Smith. We visited the showroom and met John for the first time. He spent a great deal of time with us, over several visits, going over all our options for dimensions, leather colors etc. We decided on a dark navy leather sofa and it turned out fantastic. John worked with us every step of the way. The customer service was top notch and the sofa is gorgeous and comfortable. These guys take tremendous pride in their work and it show. Will definitely be back next time we need something for the house.

I had been looking for a good barstool for months as our new kitchen was being designed and installed, and then we found our answer at Willem Smith -- a beautiful and super-comfortable barstool. Our requirement was that we would have to be totally comfortable in them for at least two hours, since this is where we eat dinner most nights. The best thing is that you choose the finish and the leather -- among so many options (as opposed to the three or four choices you might get at a chain retailer). I couldn't be happier—with the comfort, quality and beauty.

Beautiful, quality, well-constructed and designed furniture and outstanding customer service. John and his crew go out of their way to help customers find exactly what they’re looking for. We bought a family room sofa, leather club chairs, leather box “pull ups” (for additional seating in our family room), and kitchen barstools. We’ve had them now for a few years and they’ve all held up beautifully. Designer quality at affordable prices. John was exceedingly helpful in helping us to design leather club chairs that worked for our needs – we chose a chair and had a swivel base added to it. When the chair arrived it was higher than what we had expected. The issue was immediately remedied. Recommend heartily!

We love our new chairs. My husband and I spend a number of hours sitting at our kitchen table. Jon is an expert in guiding you through the process, asking relevant questions and educating you about the construction of a fine piece of furniture whether it is a chair, sofa or case goods. Almost every piece of furniture that is made today places more importance on the look of the furniture then comfort. Rarely do you find furniture that places equal importance of style, comfort and quality. Their fabric selections offer a wide range of options highly rated for upholstery.
