Great food, good prices, and especially excellent staff. I’ve tried almost all the area takeout/curbside since the pandemic began and 99 made me feel the safest and most welcome. Some of the other places have stopped bringing out the food, or else the kids working there have had their noses hanging out of their masks. The waitstaff have without exception been fast, always masked and have always made me feel like a million bucks. Love this place!

Truly enjoy going to this location. Staff is very out going and kind. They do everything to make it a great dining experience. From the host to waitress and bartender, you will truly enjoy eating at this location. Sherry the hostess is outstanding. She made sure to keep me informed of my order being prepared. Also put popcorn in the bag for me to enjoy! Waited at the bar and enjoyed a beer while waiting for my order. The bartender was ready and prepared to serve me without delay! Thank you for a great experience!
I have had many orders of fish and chips in my life, and NONE of them were as delicious as the one I just had at 99. It was flaky, not greasy at all, and there was more fish than batter (which around here, is very rare!) Asia, the waitress, was very sweet and prompt with her service. She maintained a friendly attitude throughout the whole meal and brought us anything we needed quickly. I can't believe that in all my life living in New Bedford, I've never had fish as good as the 99's, but I'd be lying if I said I'll go anywhere else at this point! Highly HIGHLY recommend it. :)

Great service. Bartender was slammed and even getting her own ice... still got to me as soon as I sat down. Food took about 20 min. This is great location on Fairhavens main drag just off 195. Plenty of items on the food and drink menu!
Made a complaint and showed receipt and pictures approx. February 15th I get reply on 19th saying “February 19, 2021 Hello. Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your concerns. I was sorry to hear of your disappointment. Do know that I have forwarded your comments on to the appropriate people for review and someone will soon be reaching out to you. We appreciate your feedback. Sincerely, Guest Relations 20413413” I waited a week and wrote back saying I haven’t been contacted and guess what It is now March 1st and still no response from anyone. This is how 99s treats their customers as unimportant. No problem taking our money but when they completely ruin a meal someone orders and they complain they won’t do anything about it. Wasted my time and gas picking up the food plus the cost of the food. Dinner ruined and apparently that isn’t worth responding quickly to address especially when it was an expensive meal.
Very consistent! Always good, occasionally great, but never bad. What more could you ask for?
I'd rather eat locally but my guests wanted different kinds of meals. Pub 99 fits the bill, but got my meal wrong... I really liked the fish tacos.
