I have used Architectural Options for several projects. My most recent project was a walk out, lower level build-build out. Architectural Options provided the design and construction management for this project. The project scope included: Theater area, gaming area, built- in wet wet bar, half bath, activity room, HVAC upgrades, custom lighting and more. Architectural Options also assisted in picking out finishes including paint color scheme, carpet, granite, wet bar and cabinetry design etc. Architectural Options was on site every day and some times multiple times during the day to inspect the progress, give contractors special instructions and make sure the project was on schedule. The end result was and incredible project that provided a family entertainment space that fit all of my families needs. Thank you for a fantastic experience and a job well done!
